Q. What exactly is T-Tapp?

T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness from the inside out. It focuses on losing inches rather than pounds –but when the inches go so do the pounds.

The exercises are done in a specific sequence designed to engage at least five muscles with each movement and keeping knees bent, buttocks tucked and shoulders back. T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, and elimination. The program not only strengthens muscles, but also stimulates lymph glands to aid in detoxification.

It helps realign your body properly, improving back health, relieves knee pain, chronic headaches, tiredness and the pain of many autoimmune diseases.

Plus, a simple three-minute series of movements called the Hoedowns has been shown to lower blood glucose dramatically – by as much as 85 points instantly!

The exercises have strong aerobic impact, although there is no jumping or use of weights or other assistance. In fact, the exercises can all be done within a three-foot by three-foot area.

One of the beauties of T-Tapp is that you never have to add weight or repetitions as you become more fit.
